Gillian & Landon shared the most beautiful, joy-filled Hawaii elopement on the Big Island — surrounded by ocean breezes, golden light, and the kind of peace that only comes from being fully present with the person you love most. Their day was simple, connected, and overflowing with love.

A Hidden Beach for Two

One of the best parts about planning a Hawaii elopement is the incredible variety of landscapes — from volcanic cliffs to lush jungles and secluded beaches. For Gillian & Landon, we scouted a hidden Big Island beach that felt like their own little world!

They started their day with a quiet first look before hiking down to the shoreline together. The beach was calm and empty, with soft sand, turquoise waves, and the sound of the ocean as their soundtrack.

Barefoot in the sand, they exchanged heartfelt vows — emotional, personal, and so them. With the waves crashing behind them, it was the perfect setting for a moment they’ll never forget.

Cake, Champagne, and Sweet Imperfections

After their ceremony, Gillian & Landon celebrated with a small cake and champagne toast right on the beach. They realized they’d forgotten forks, so they used their champagne flutes instead 😆 — one of those perfectly unplanned moments that makes elopement days so special!

They spent the rest of the evening exploring the coastline, soaking in the views, and just being together. As the sun began to set over the Pacific, everything slowed down — the laughter, the movement, the light. It was pure magic.
