Hi, we're Brittany & Jake!
We remember planning our own intimate wedding — and realizing how much pressure there can be to do things the “right” way. But once we let go of expectations and focused on what truly mattered, everything changed. We were calm, happy, and fully present. And that’s the same experience we want for every couple we work with.
We believe eloping is the most beautiful way to get married. It’s a chance to celebrate your love in a genuine way, surrounded by nature, without stress or obligation. You deserve to get married in a way that feels right for you — and we’re here to help you do just that.

We’re a husband and wife team who’ve built our life around photographing stories like yours. Having both of us there means you get double the creativity, double the coverage, and two perspectives woven together into one beautiful story. While one of us is capturing the sweeping views, the other is catching your tear-filled vows up close — so your gallery feels alive, full of variety, and full of you.
We show up to your day not just as your photographers, but as your guides, cheerleaders, and friends. We’ll help with everything — from dreaming up the perfect location and connecting you with trusted vendors, to carrying your bags, fluffing your dress, and helping you feel relaxed in every moment.
And because we only take on 15 elopements a year, you’ll always have our full attention and care. By the time your day arrives, it won’t feel like working with vendors — it’ll feel like spending the best day of your life with friends who have your back.

Brittany is the lead photographer, editor, planner, location scouter, and the one who takes the lead on elopement days, making sure we're staying on track and getting all the best shots!
Jake works as the second shooter, drone pilot, assistant, and all around behind-the-scenes MVP. He's also the one carrying all of the bags on hikes with a smile on his face!
Meet Your Elopement Photographers
Most days, you can find Brittany reading (usually multiple books at once), obsessing over her pets (she's convinced they're the cutest pets in the world), hanging out in the backyard with the pups, or tending to her overflowing houseplant collection.
Her fatal flaw is believing wild animals would like her if they just gave her a chance.
Jake listens to every NFL football podcast there is (football season is a religion in our house), spends countless hours building his dynasty in EA College Football 26, and makes up songs about mundane things he's doing around the house.
Talk to Jake about anything football or nerd culture and he'll be your instant best friend.
When we're not photographing...
We're dog and cat parents, travel lovers, and we're completely obsessed with Hawaii. Working together to photograph elopement days is hands-down the best job we've ever had!
We live in Michigan and love our home state, but Hawaii will always have our hearts (and it will be our home - one day). But our overly anxious German Shepherd would not appreciate a plane ride!
You can usually find us playing with our pets, watching football, reading, taking too many photos of our pets (our camera rolls are full af), or watching It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia on repeat.
We're here to make sure that you have the absolute best day. Everything from planning, answering your questions, carrying your bags, helping you feel relaxed, and making sure you’re able to truly focus on what matters.

We had brutally cold winds and sprinkles to deal with, and yet Brittany and Jake remained positive and supportive throughout the entire day.
