Brandie & Matt had the most beautiful Michigan beach & vineyard elopement on a warm September day that felt like the very best of summer ☀️

Their elopement was intimate, joyful, and full of love—from their heartfelt beach ceremony to the relaxed vineyard dinner with their favorite people (and pups!)

A Beach Ceremony at Sleeping Bear Dunes

The day began at one of Michigan’s most breathtaking locations—Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Brandie & Matt exchanged vows with Lake Michigan sparkling behind them, surrounded by a small group of family and friends. It was the kind of peaceful, meaningful ceremony that perfectly reflected who they are as a couple.

And of course, their two sweet dogs, Oakley and Honey, were there to witness it all, tails wagging. 🐾

After the ceremony, Brandie & Matt shared a celebratory toast with champagne and lingered on the beach for a walk and some candid, joyful moments in the sand.

A Vineyard Celebration in the Michigan Countryside

After soaking up the sun at the beach, Brandie & Matt headed inland to a nearby vineyard in Northern Michigan for dinner and a laid-back celebration. They reunited with their guests (including their adorable son, Miles!) for an evening filled with laughter, good food, and stunning views of the vines.

Before dinner, Brandie & Matt took a quiet moment to walk through the vineyard just the two of them. The light was golden, the vines were full, and it was such a romantic setting to capture even more portraits of the two of them just soaking it all in.

A Laid-Back, Love-Filled Elopement Day

Everything about Brandie & Matt’s elopement felt intentional and true to them. From including their dogs and keeping things simple, to choosing locations that felt like them, they created a day that was meaningful, relaxed, and full of connection.
