April & Ryan eloped in the Upper Peninsula, and it was an absolutely beautiful and rainy day!
We started their day by hiking to a waterfall with their adorable pup, Hazel, where they spent time hiking and reading letters from family. Then we went to Landmark Inn where April and Ryan shared cake and champagne in the gorgeous lobby.
I always tell couples that if you embrace the weather and make it part of the story of your day, it can make your experience so much better. And that’s exactly what April and Ryan did when it rained during their vows!
They had a beautiful and emotional vow exchange, and then we spent some time walking around the area and exploring the incredible cliffs along Lake Superior.
April & Ryan had such a gorgeous and laid-back elopement day. These two (and Hazel) were an absolute joy to spend the day with, and I loved capturing their elopement! Congratulations to you both!
