Lauren and Miguel’s elopement day in Sleeping Bear was absolutely beautiful and so much fun!
Their day started with getting ready at their adorable Airbnb in Traverse City and having their first look before heading to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. They had an intimate ceremony with only a few family members present. After their vow and ring exchange, they hiked up a trail and had a picnic overlooking Lake Michigan. It was hot and humid all day, so we all stopped back at their Airbnb to cool off and change clothes before heading to the dock for a sunset sailboat cruise. On the boat, they toasted with champagne and cut their cake, and then relaxed together on the cruise as the sun went down.
Lauren and Miguel are two of the most easy going, fun, and genuinely kind people I have ever met. They played rock paper scissors to decide who would read their vows first and were laughing with each other the entire day.
Thank you both for choosing me to capture this incredible day for you (and also keeping me from falling overboard). Congratulations to you both!
